PCI Electrical Services was engaged by Busselton Water to install and commission their new Bore 18 facility. Consisting of a 630A SMSB, VSD control cabinet, 200kW submersible pump and pressure, level and flow transmitters.

PCI Electrical Services completed all Electrical and Communications design and installation for West Angelas A Hub Office complex. Included in the works was the design of a 630A SMSB with auto changeover system to backup generator. PCI Electrical Services also completed all the arc flash intertrip design and installation to upstream HV recloser.

PCI Electrical Services were awarded all Non Process Infrastructure Electrical and Communications works at Mesa A Mesa BC, Mesa J, Mesa H and Pannawonica. Encompassing 9 separate sites with a project duration of 3 years and over 17,000 man hours.

The completion of these works allowed for Rio Tinto to provide the necessary office, water, tool stores and LV/HV parking so they can execute their mining works for their Robe Valley minesites. PCI Electrical Services were formally recognised by Rio Tinto and Calibre Professional Services for our outstanding Safety and Performance in complex Brownfields and Greenfields sites.

PCI Electrical Services completed all design, installation and commissioning for Rio Tinto Iron Ore West Angelas Deposit C Shut Pad. Works included the replacement of an existing Distribution Board, refurbishment of a Distribution Board and all general power and lighting.

PCI Electrical Services completed the installation and the redesign of the control for Broome Water Corporation Wastewater Centre Pivot which irrigates the city of Broome’s wastewater. The redesign of the control included the operation of the centre pivot as well as the interface with the Water Corporation’s SCADA system via telemetry.

PCI Electrical Services has completed the upgrade of 4 Soft Starters to VSD’s across 5 separate sites for Busselton Water. The installation required a redesign of the existing control wiring, cooling design requirements, harmonic design mitigation and VSD sizing.

PCI Electrical Services was engaged by the City of Busselton to design their new pump station and bores for the irrigation of all the POS spaces in Dunsborough. The project included the design and installation of a pump control cabinet to control 4 pumps via cascade control as well as two bores with remote monitoring and radio communications control for tank level filling.

PCI Electrical Services has completed the upgrade of 17 Soft Starters to VSD’s across 4 separate sites for Busselton Water. The installation required a redesign of the existing control wiring, cooling design requirements, harmonic design mitigation and VSD sizing. All works had to be meticulously planned and executed to ensure the capacity of Busselton Water to supply drinking water to the City of Busselton.

PCI Electrical Services was engaged by Welltech and PPS Group to install and commission 6 Production Bore Skids at Rio Tinto Iron Ore’s Western Ranges Project. PCI Electrical Services commissioned all aspects of the works including submersible pump, level, flow and pressure transmitters, safety relays, solar and HMI setpoints.
